Experience
- Manager: 6–10 years
- Associate Director: 10–15 years
Preferred Background
- Experience with reputed management consulting firms
- Strong exposure to Financial Services consulting
- Experience working with Indian and/or global banks and NBFCs
- Candidates from specialized consulting teams within large consulting firms preferred
Domain Expertise
Mandatory experience across one or more of the following areas:
- Retail Banking
- SME Banking
- NBFC Operations
- Financial Services Transformation
Key Areas of Consulting Experience
Candidates should have led or significantly contributed to consulting engagements involving:
- Cost reduction and operating model optimization for banks/NBFCs
- Operational efficiency improvement initiatives
- Sales effectiveness and productivity enhancement programs
- Digital customer journey transformation and re-imagination
- Business performance improvement initiatives
- Process transformation and customer experience enhancement
- Revenue growth and profitability improvement programs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements for banking and NBFC clients across strategy and transformation initiatives
- Diagnose business problems using structured and first-principles thinking
- Drive hypothesis-led problem solving and develop actionable recommendations
- Work closely with client CXOs and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Manage workstreams independently with high ownership and execution rigor
- Conduct financial, operational, and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Support digital transformation and customer journey redesign initiatives
- Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and executive presentations
- Mentor junior consulting team members and ensure high-quality delivery
