Reporting To: This role reports to Sector Lead of Infrastruture Sector.
Job Description
Candidate shall be responsible for:
- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches,client interface for the Sector.
- Focusing on core sector specific product companies’ primarily in domestic market.
- Having good grasp on latest Industry trends and offerings in the market of respective sector.
- Be a part of end‐to‐end deal making cycle for multiple sell‐side/buyside mandates.
- Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due‐diligence, transaction closure agreements)
Role Requirement(Qualification & Experience)
- 12+ years of experience working with IB firms.
- MBA from premier Institute / CA First attempt
- M&A experience is a must
- CFA Certification would be an added advantage.
- Over the years, candidate should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization and build and independently lead the function further.
- Candidate should be analytical, multi‐tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching / analytical skills, and have a hunger for growth both as a personand as a professional.
