At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Associate Director – Growth in our Customer Success & Growth team.

What is this role all about?
As Associate Director – Growth, you will lead strategic customer relationships, drive revenue expansion, and build scalable growth frameworks across enterprise accounts. You will operate at the intersection of customer success, account growth, and business strategy — ensuring customers realise measurable value while unlocking new revenue opportunities.

- You will own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and revenue expansion.
- You will build and execute growth strategies including upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with customer outcomes.
- You will lead executive stakeholder engagement, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure long-term account success.
- You will define success frameworks, track customer health metrics (NPS, CSAT, adoption, retention), and proactively mitigate risks.
- You will mentor and guide growth-focused teams to scale processes and deliver consistent outcomes.
This is a Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

- You have 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS growth, customer success, or strategic account management roles.
- You have strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders and complex global accounts.
- You have demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansion, and customer adoption.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
