Job Description
Leap GeeBee Education is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Director - Partner Growth for Pan-India B2B Partner Sales, Large Team Leadership, Revenue Acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Partner Growth, you will be the owner for the B2B Partner channel across the entire country, focused on aggressive scaling and operational excellence.
I. Strategy, Quota Management & Revenue Acceleration
- Develop and Execute a Pan-India Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and own a high-impact, aggressive B2B sales strategy to achieve multi-million dollar revenue and volume targets through Channel Partners across all regions of India.
- Quota Management & KPIs: Define, assign, and manage sales quotas (KPIs) for all regional teams, ensuring stringent adherence to revenue and growth targets and a strong focus on quota meeting performance.
- Market Leadership: Analyze national EdTech and study abroad market trends, competitor strategies, and potential large-scale partnerships to identify new avenues for aggressive growth and market capture.
II. Team Leadership & Field Sales Excellence
- Lead a Large, Multi-Regional Team: Oversee, mentor, and motivate a large, geographically dispersed team of Regional Heads (e.g., West, North, South, East) and their respective Key Account Managers.
- Field Sales Discipline: Instill a strong culture of field sales discipline and accountability across all teams. Ensure the team spends significant time on the ground, engaging partners and driving activation.
- Recruitment and Development: Actively participate in the hiring of Regional Heads and other senior team members, and ensure robust training and succession planning is in place.
- Performance Review: Conduct rigorous, data-driven national performance reviews, identifying high-potential regions and addressing underperforming areas swiftly with corrective action plans.
III. Partner Lifecycle Management
- New Partner Onboarding and Activation: Design and oversee a standardized, efficient, and rapid onboarding process for all new Study Abroad Consultants across India, ensuring quick activation and first-transaction success.
- Partner Training & Certification: Establish and manage a national training program to ensure all partners are fully educated on our products, services, and sales processes, driving adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Growth and Development: Implement tiered partner programs and growth initiatives to maximize the revenue potential of existing high-value partners, fostering their long-term growth and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with internal product and operations teams to enhance the partner experience and streamline B2B initiatives nationwide.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of managing large, multi-regional sales teams and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Field Sales: A minimum of 2 years in a management role overseeing Field Sales operations is essential.
- Domain Expertise: Prior exposure to the EdTech or Study Abroad sectors is strongly preferred. Experience in B2B channel sales is mandatory.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of driving aggressive growth.
- Skill Set: Exceptional data analysis, P&L management, negotiation, and presentation skills (to Senior Management/C-Suite).
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
