About The Role
CleverAI is central to CleverTap's next phase of growth. This role is the single owner of making it succeed in the market: taking customers from adoption to measurable business impact, turning those wins into proof points, and converting that proof into revenue. You will work across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product, with no ownership of any one of them but accountability for the combined outcome.
What you will do?
- Own the end-to-end CleverAI growth journey, from customer adoption, implementation, use-case discovery, measurement, and scaling.
- Define success metrics, adoption frameworks, and best practices to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to drive seamless implementations, improve time-to-value, and resolve adoption challenges.
- Create repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and enablement programs for CSMs and AEs.
- Drive monetisation by partnering with Sales and CS teams on expansion opportunities, account strategies, and upsell motions.
- Enable Sales teams with AI use cases, customer insights, proof points, and positioning to support pipeline generation.
- Partner with Marketing to build the CleverAI narrative, customer stories, campaigns, and market-facing content.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, influencing product improvements, and driving customer-centric innovation.
- Build a strong library of customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies that demonstrate business impact.
- Evangelise CleverAI internally by developing training programs, certifications, and resources to keep teams aligned as the product evolves.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, customer success, GTM or related functions, with prior experience in a growth team.
- Experience taking a product or feature from early adoption to scaled usage and revenue.
- Hands-on understanding of customer implementations and onboarding, and comfort working alongside CS teams on technical and data-dependent rollouts.
- Comfort with data: you define metrics, build dashboards or work with analysts, and use the numbers to tell a story.
- Strong cross-functional influence. You can align Sales, CS, Marketing and Product without direct authority.
- Credibility in customer and prospect conversations, including with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling, written and verbal, and the ability to turn complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Background in martech, CRM, SaaS or data/AI products is a strong plus.
Measures Of Success
- Consistently drive high-quality CleverAI implementations, with faster time to go-live and time to first value
- Rising CleverAI adoption and depth of usage across customers
- A growing library of measurable customer success stories and testimonials
- Expansion and upsell revenue attributable to CleverAI
- CSMs and AEs confidently positioning and delivering CleverAI
- Visible product improvements driven by customer feedback
Why join us
- Contribute to a product backed by 11 technology patents, showcasing industry-leading innovation. You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high-growth mobile technology space
- Power personalized engagement at scale, processing over 30 billion events daily and reaching 3+ billion devices worldwide.
- Flourish in an Environment that Nurtures Growth and Curiosity
