About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, deeply networked Senior Sales professional who lives and breathes the GCC ecosystem. This is a hunter + farmer role — you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline building to account management and growth.

You bring your own connections to the table and hit the ground running from Day 1. If you have spent 5–8 years selling into or working within India's GCC ecosystem and have strong relationships with HR, TA, and business leaders at GCCs, we want to talk to you.


What You Will Do

  • Hunt — Identify and open new GCC accounts across metros, with a focus on mid-market GCCs (≤500 India headcount) actively hiring AI and engineering talent
  • Farm — Nurture and grow existing accounts, becoming the go-to talent partner for HR and TA heads
  • Own the pipeline — Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report progress directly to the Co-Founder
  • Position Viamagus Select — Articulate our curated talent value proposition to CHROs, VP HR, HR Directors, and TA heads
  • Represent the brand — Attend GCC industry events, summits (NASSCOM, ET Edge, Zinnov Confluence), and forums to build visibility and generate leads
  • Collaborate internally — Work closely with the delivery and research team to ensure seamless handover and fulfilment of requirements


Must Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with direct exposure to the GCC ecosystem
  • Ready network of HR Heads, TA Directors, CHROs, and GCC Heads across Bengaluru and other metros
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing revenue in a talent, staffing, or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of AI, data science, and engineering talent markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving startup environment


Good to Have

  • Prior experience at or selling to GCC advisory firms (ANSR, Zinnov, Wisemonk, EY GCC, etc.)
  • Existing connections within NASSCOM GCC Council or industry bodies
  • Understanding of niche AI/ML hiring — roles like ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Architects, GenAI specialists
