This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
We will count on you to
- Support the financial planning and forecasting process for global technology cost costs (budget, forecast, variance analysis)
- Prepare recurring management reporting and dashboards, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist with consolidation of inputs across multiple technology teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with onshore FP&A and business stakeholders to understand financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Help improve and standardize FP&A processes, templates, and reporting packs to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to automation and process enhancement efforts (e.g., improving Excel models, exploring new tooling, streamlining data loads, reducing manual work).
- Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity across reporting and planning deliverables.
What you need to have
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting (technology or shared services environment preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, structured models; ability to work with large datasets).
- Experience working with financial systems and/or EPM tools (Oracle and other planning tools are a plus, not required).
- Solid understanding of core finance concepts (P&L, cost management, accruals, variance analysis).
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across teams and geographies.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
What makes you stand out
- Experience supporting global stakeholders across time zones.
- Familiarity with technology financials (run vs. change costs, project spend, capitalization concepts).
- Interest in process improvement and automation (Excel optimization, Power Query/Power Pivot, basic data visualization).
Why join our team?
- Professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
- A collaborative and inclusive culture with talented colleagues.
- A range of career opportunities, benefits, and rewards to support your well-being.
