Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales across India, UAE, Middle East, and other global markets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, product demos, pilot execution, commercial negotiations, and closures.
- Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound sales pipeline using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, strategic outreach, referrals, and partner ecosystems.
- Work in a geography-agnostic sales environment, engaging with enterprise buyers across multiple regions, industries, and time zones.
- Sell AI-led enterprise solutions to CXOs, sales leaders, customer experience heads, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client pain points deeply and position Darwix AI’s conversational intelligence platform through tailored, ROI-driven solution narratives.
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations showcasing business outcomes, efficiency gains, and measurable value realization.
- Design and draft pilot proposals with clearly defined business objectives, success metrics, timelines, and conversion strategies.
- Own pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, deal velocity tracking, and weekly reporting with strong operational discipline.
- Develop strong executive relationships with enterprise stakeholders and identify cross-sell, upsell, and long-term account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customer success teams to translate market feedback into product insights and stronger go-to-market execution.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets while contributing to the company’s enterprise sales playbook, market expansion strategy, and category leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise technology sales, or B2B consultative selling.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with ₹5L+ ACV and managing complex pilot-led sales motions.
- Demonstrated experience selling into global markets or working with geographically diverse enterprise customers.
- Prior exposure to AI, GenAI, conversational intelligence, sales tech, or enterprise automation solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder management, and multi-threaded deal execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and outbound tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related sales engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics including ACV, CAC, pipeline coverage, sales velocity, and forecast management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership, agility, and a results-driven mindset.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with enterprise clients in MENA, SEA, or international markets.
