𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, employers, and alumni.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
• Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve high placement rates.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align curriculum with industry needs.
• Ensure compliance with placement policies and procedures.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• A Master's degree is Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in placement or career services.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Experience in the education sector.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and industry requirements.
