We recently crossed $400M ARR. The first $200M took six years. The next $200M came in just 12 months. That acceleration happened because AI did not replace creativity - it amplified it. Today, more than 300,000 creators produce 80,000+ hours of content every month on Pocket FM.
These are stories people binge daily across markets, languages, and cultures.
We are rebuilding the storytelling stack from the ground up: from how ideas are discovered, tested, written, localized, distributed, monetized, and scaled. Writers are no longer just writing. They are collaborating with systems that understand narrative structure, pacing, character arcs, audience signals, and cultural context.
The goal is not to create more content for the sake of volume. The goal is to create better stories, faster, globally, and at a massive scale.

We’re solving for a content commissioning engine that drives measurable business growth, not just higher volume. The role is to identify, adapt, and scale stories with the highest potential ROI across diverse categories.
Key outcomes include:
- Optimizing content for reach and engagement: Fine-tune shows to appeal to target demographics, increasing potential audience size and retention
- Data-driven commissioning: Replace subjective judgment with rigorous testing—small-scale content pilots on Meta measure both creative appeal and Cost Per Install (CPI). Use data to separate 10x winners from low-return concepts, ensuring investments flow to ideas with clear scale potential
- Maximizing financial efficiency: Only greenlight content that demonstrates a strong probability of profitable CPI-to-Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios, preventing large investments in high-cost, low-return IP
- Uncovering high-impact content: Identify “hidden gems” capable of generating outsized growth and scale production based on validated metrics. In essence, we’re building a system where creative intuition meets hard business metrics, ensuring every piece of content has a clear path to driving engagement and revenue
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in growth/ business roles with high operational excellence
- Astute problem-solving skills and ability to break (seemingly) large problems into smaller and practical solvable pieces, and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen eye for insights and metrics
- Someone who excels at developing and implementing a plan from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes
- Track record of productive teamwork - starts with “why” rather than “what,” enjoys getting their hands dirty, and possesses a drive for continuous learning. Have an action-bias; solve problems, execute, and iterate, if required
