Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Business Development based in hyderabad snd one role in Pune .The role involves driving new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, managing and nurturing key accounts, generating and qualifying leads, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to meet organizational goals and foster long-term partnerships that align with HWS's mission to innovate and elevate workspaces.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic thinking to define and implement goals
- Experience in Contract Negotiation to establish terms that benefit both parties
- Competence in Account Management to strengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the workspace design or real estate industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
