We’re hiring: Associate Director – Brand Partnerships at Socio Impulse.
Socio Impulse has officially crossed the 0 to 1 threshold. We’ve proven our model, built a killer foundation, and now it’s time for the 1 to 10. We’re scaling fast, and we need an Associate Director who knows how to turn that momentum into massive growth.
If you’ve been in the influencer marketing or digital media space for 5+ years and you’re tired of "standard" sales roles, this is for you. We need someone who can lead from the front, close major brands, and actually understands how the creator economy is evolving.
The Role in a Nutshell:
- Revenue: You’ll be responsible for bringing in new brands and growing our existing high-value accounts.
- Strategy: You aren't just selling services; you’re building campaign strategies that actually make sense for a brand's ROI.
- Relationships: You’ll be the main point of contact for CMOs and brand leads, acting as a consultant rather than just a vendor.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years in brand sales (specifically in influencer marketing or agency environments).
- Track Record: You have a history of winning big pitches and managing large-scale budgets.
- The "Hustle": You know how to spot a trend before it goes viral and turn it into a pitch.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 35 lakhs per annum
