Associate Director - Brand Partnerships & Revenue
Location: Gurugram & Mumbai (Full-time)
Socio Impulse is at a tipping point. We’ve built the tech and the talent; now we’re looking for a heavy-hitter to own our revenue strategy and scale our brand partnership division. This isn't a role for someone who wants to just manage a pipeline—it’s for a builder who wants to command the market and lead our growth story in the influencer marketing space.
The Role
As our Associate Director of Revenue, you aren't just selling "campaigns." You are architecting long-term strategic alliances. You will be the face of Socio Impulse to major brands and agencies, turning high-level marketing challenges into creative, influencer-led solutions that deliver ROI.
Your Mission
- Pioneer New Business: You’ll lead the charge in identifying and closing high-value partnerships with Tier-1 brands. We need a "hunter" who knows how to open doors that others can’t.
- Architect Revenue Strategy: You won't just follow a script. You’ll design the blueprints for how we scale, from pricing models to identifying untapped market segments.
- Bridge the Gap: Work hand-in-hand with our Strategy and Creative teams to ensure what we sell isn't just profitable, but groundbreaking.
- Own the Room: Whether it’s a cold pitch or a high-stakes boardroom presentation, you represent the gold standard of Socio Impulse.
- Nurture & Expand: Move beyond transactional deals. You will build deep, trust-based relationships that turn first-time clients into lifelong partners.
Who You Are
- A Seasoned Pro: You have 4-6 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing. You’ve been in the trenches and have the track record to prove it.
- Connected: You have an existing network of brand managers and agency leads. You know who the decision-makers are and, more importantly, they know you.
- Strategic & Sharp: You understand the nuances of the influencer ecosystem. You don't just follow trends; you anticipate them.
- A Natural Leader: You lead by example. You’re obsessed with hitting targets, but you also care about the "how"—integrity and creativity are non-negotiable.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can distill complex ideas into a compelling narrative that wins hearts and budgets.
