Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact media sales professional who brings strong brand relationships and monetization expertise across influencers, content, IP, and media inventory.
This role goes beyond traditional sales, you will be responsible for selling ideas, concepts, influencer ecosystems, and proprietary offerings (including licensing and workflow products) to brands and agencies.
The ideal candidate has deep connections within brand marketing teams and media agencies, understands how to package and sell non-traditional media, and can independently drive revenue through strategic partnerships and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Partnership Sales
- Drive revenue by selling influencer campaigns, branded content, media inventory, and IP-led concepts to brands and agencies
- Conceptualize and sell integrated solutions combining content, creators, and distribution
- Monetize existing and new IPs, licensing opportunities, and proprietary workflow/tech products
Brand & Agency Relationships
- Leverage existing network with brand marketers, media planners, and agency partners
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with CMOs, Brand Heads, and Marketing Leads
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just a vendor
Solution Selling & Pitching
- Translate creative ideas into sellable business propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to build compelling pitch decks, concepts, and go-to-market narratives
- Lead client presentations and negotiations for high-value deals
Revenue Ownership
- Own end-to-end sales: lead → pitch → negotiation → closure
- Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets with a focus on high-value partnerships and retainers
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across group companies
Market & Opportunity Development
- Identify emerging trends in influencer marketing, branded content, and media monetization
- Spot opportunities for new IP creation and brand collaborations
- Represent the company at industry events, media forums, and networking platforms
Desired Skills & Experience
Essential
• 6–10 years of experience in media sales, branded content, influencer marketing sales, or integrated brand partnerships
• Demonstrated track record of independently closing significant brand deals and hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• An established network with brand-side decision-makers (CMOs, brand heads, media planners) and/or agency leads in India
• Ability to sell across a spectrum — from media inventory packages to concept-based solutions and SaaS-adjacent products
• Strong consultative selling ability: listening, shaping solutions, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Excellent pitch and proposal skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to tailor narratives to different audiences
• Comfortable articulating AI-powered solutions to non-technical brand stakeholders in a compelling, jargon-free manner
Preferred
• Prior experience at a media company, content studio, influencer/creator platform, OTT, or large-format branded content agency
• Familiarity with licensing frameworks, IP deal structures, or format sales
• Working knowledge of AI tools and how they are being adopted by marketing teams
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience presenting and selling workflow or SaaS products to marketing or content teams is a strong advantage
