About the Opportunity:
A leading business consulting firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its HR function as a Manager/Associate Director – Total Rewards & Compensation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting compensation strategy, rewards programs, and benefits initiatives across a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in compensation planning, rewards design, market intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to broader people strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of compensation and rewards frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market compensation analysis and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive positioning
- Assist in designing salary structures, pay bands, and incentive frameworks
- Drive annual compensation review cycles including budgeting, salary revisions, and related analytics
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders on rewards-related initiatives and policy implementation
- Evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs to improve employee value proposition
- Provide insights on compensation trends, regulatory/statutory considerations, and best practices
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review and decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation data management and governance
Skills & Experience Required
- 6+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret compensation data and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to compensation practices across regional or global markets
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SharePoint
- Exposure to broader HR domains or HR consulting environments would be advantageous
