Role Description
The Associate Director will lead client engagements, develop and execute public affairs and strategic communication strategies, and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and industry leaders. The role involves overseeing research initiatives, identifying regulatory trends, and delivering actionable insights to clients. The Associate Director will manage cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure client deliverables align with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and decision-making.
- Expertise in public affairs, strategic communications, government relations, and regulatory advisory.
- Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management and the ability to liaise effectively with policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders.
- Research and analytical skills with a focus on identifying and interpreting regulatory and policy trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing strategies and presenting insights.
- Proven ability to drive measurable business and reputational outcomes for clients.
- Advanced degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, agriculture, or energy is a plus.
