Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Director role based in Gurugram. The Associate Director is responsible for leading client engagements, overseeing project teams, and delivering strategic insights and solutions tailored to clients’ needs. The role includes managing, mentoring, and recruiting team members; fostering client relationships; and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the Associate Director contributes to business development by identifying client opportunities and driving thought leadership in the industry. Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and supporting professional development
- Proficiency in strategic planning, client relationship management, and business development
- Expertise in analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience in leveraging technology and knowledge systems to enhance service delivery
- Industry-specific consulting experience is an advantage
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields; a professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA) is preferred
- The role requires clear knowledge of IFRS 9, Regulatory Reporting, Front to back system Architecture know how for Trade flows, GL and Regulatory Reporting templates.
- Appetite for Strategic and Tactical fixes resolving anomalies and between systems, streamlining feeds, standardizing Chart of Accounts, reviewing execution & delivery of sprints as per agreed timelines for General Ledger Strategy- P&L, Balance Sheet and Regulatory Reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and MS Office will be considered a good value add.
