Job Role
Lead a team of analysts involved in rating corporate sector entities across manufacturing, trading, and new-age sectors within the mid-to-large corporate segment.
Functional Skills / Knowledge
Technical
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and related developments
- In-depth knowledge of 3–4 sectors along with awareness of macroeconomic and global events impacting industries and companies
- Strong understanding of credit assessment for borrowers/issuers
- Ability to lead teams and manage division-level projects effectively
Client / Stakeholder Management
- Lead preparation for client meetings including analysis of historical trends and future projections
- Conduct in-person meetings and teleconferences with senior management to discuss strategy, business performance, and financials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve process-related concerns efficiently
Writing & Presentation Skills
- Prepare detailed rating reports explaining the rationale behind ratings
- Present cases to the Rating Committee
- Prepare sector notes and industry outlook reports
- Write opinion pieces on sector developments and market outlooks
Portfolio & Sector Monitoring
- Regular monitoring of assigned portfolio and sectors
- Track industry trends, risks, and developments impacting rated entities
