Role: Associate Director, Advertiser Sales

About the Role:
We are looking for a senior advertiser sales leader to drive the growth of MCanvas’s advertiser business across South India. This role requires a hands-on sales leader with deep expertise in the branding and digital advertising ecosystem, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in digital advertising sales, strong networking with Tier 1 agencies in the South Indian market, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Own and deliver MCanvas’ branding sales and revenue targets for the South India region.
- Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline across brands and key media agencies.
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and mobile marketing leaders to build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective advertising solutions for clients.
- Provide structured market feedback to help evolve and localize the MCanvas product offering for the South Indian market.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales within AdTech.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale revenue growth in digital advertising.
- Strong relationships with agencies such as WPP, Interactive Avenues, Dentsu, and Zenith.
- Experience working with advertising platforms and aggregators.
- Experience in rich media advertising solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding solutions across CTV, mobile, and rich media formats.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
