🚀 Hiring Alert | Associate Director – Talent Acquisition
📍 Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Associate Director – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and build a high-performing hiring function. This role will focus on workforce planning, talent strategy, stakeholder management, and driving large-scale hiring initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions with focus on volume hiring
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
• Drive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and direct sourcing
• Oversee interview processes, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health
• Improve recruitment processes, ATS optimization, and candidate experience initiatives
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong leadership experience managing hiring teams
• Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
• Preferred experience in US Healthcare / Healthcare Industry hiring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools
