Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanumangarh for the position of Associate Director – Sports & Discipline. The individual will oversee sports education programs, develop training plans, and ensure discipline within the school. Responsibilities include managing sports activities, coaching students, organizing sporting events, developing physical fitness programs, and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect. Collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure a safe and disciplined learning environment is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sports and Sports Management to oversee athletic programs and foster student participation
- Experience in Physical Education and Coaching to develop fitness and training initiatives
- Strong Communication skills to effectively guide students and collaborate with faculty
- Ability to foster teamwork and discipline in accordance with the school’s ethos
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing sports or educational programs
- Degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field
- Understanding of Sainik School training principles is a plus
