Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP PaPM professional to lead delivery and enhancement of profitability and performance management solutions.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years in SAP PaPM / FSPER
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP PaPM, including data sourcing and calculations
- Design, build, and maintain PaPM models, environments, and interfaces
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA (SQL Script), BW, and finance data models
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, including deployment and release management
- Experience integrating SAP PaPM with cloud platforms like Azure
- Strong understanding of finance domains (costing, profitability, GL, regulatory reporting)
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, audit, and change management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Basis, Security, Infrastructure, Business)
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in global, cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or IT
- Relevant experience in SAP PaPM development and support
- Experience working on large-scale, business-critical systems
