Role: Associate Director – Growth & Business Development (Media Business)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Growth/Business Development professional with 8–10 years of experience across traditional, digital, and social media. This role will play a critical part in driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong industry networks and the ability to deliver quick turnaround on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities across sectors
- Leverage existing market relationships and networks to generate leads and accelerate deal closures
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to develop integrated, insight-led proposals and pitches
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
- Track market trends across traditional, digital, and social media to identify emerging opportunities
- Lead end-to-end pitch management, from brief to conversion
- Ensure quick turnaround time on opportunities while maintaining quality and strategic alignment
- Skilled in project management, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and client servicing, with a strong focus on driving ROI, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in business development / growth roles, preferably in advertising, media, or digital agencies
- Strong understanding of traditional media, digital marketing, and social media ecosystems
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
- Well-established industry connects and network for faster deal closures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
