Role Summary
The Associate Director – eLearning Solutions will lead the design, development, and delivery of the
Hyper Academy eLearning platform. The role will focus on building a strong learning marketplace, managing course content, and ensuring smooth delivery of field services related to training and digital learning.
The candidate should have
strong experience in the EdTech industry and a good understanding of online learning platforms, digital courses, and learning management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the Hyper Academy eLearning platform.
- Manage the course marketplace, including onboarding courses and training partners.
- Oversee course creation, content quality, and course structure.
- Ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and field training services.
- Work with internal teams to improve platform features and user experience.
- Monitor platform performance and learner engagement.
- Develop strategies to grow the learning marketplace and course offerings.
- Coordinate with instructors, trainers, and content developers.
- Ensure high-quality learning outcomes for users.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech and digital learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in EdTech, eLearning, or digital learning platforms.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online education platforms.
- Understanding of online course development and training programs.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
