About The Opportunity
We are partnering with a
leading organization in the aviation industry to hire an experienced
Associate Director – Crew Systems. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving the
strategy, governance, and digital transformation of crew management systems across pilot and cabin crew operations.
The role sits at the intersection of

Role Overview
The Associate Director – Crew Systems will own the
end-to-end management of crew systems, including platforms such as
AIMS or equivalent crew operations tools.
You will work closely with
Operations Control Center (OCC), Crew Management, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also involves leading digital initiatives to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance, optimization, and roadmap planning for crew management systems
- Act as the primary liaison between OCC, Crew Operations, IT, and system vendors
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and cost efficiency
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across crew workflows
- Manage and mentor high-performing teams in a 24x7 operational environment
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and system enhancements
- Continuously improve system capabilities, integration, and scalability
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in airline operations, OCC, crew management, or crew systems
- Hands-on experience with AIMS or a leading crew operations platform (mandatory)
- Proven team leadership experience in high-pressure, safety-critical environments
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
