Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Design Lead to drive high-quality creative output across brand, motion, and marketing assets for tech and SaaS clients. This role combines hands-on design with strategic thinking and team mentorship.
Role
- Lead and execute design across brand, motion, marketing, and social for tech/SaaS clients
- Create and evolve strong visual identities and high-quality digital assets
- Work hands-on on design projects while guiding overall creative direction
- Oversee motion graphics and video production for campaigns and product storytelling
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive output
- Mentor junior designers, review work, and maintain quality standards
- Manage projects independently and confidently present ideas to clients
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in design (agency/SaaS preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills in brand, digital, and motion design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a balance of creativity and strategic thinking
