🎓 We’re Hiring: Associate Dean – Students’ Welfare
📍 Location: Chandigarh University – Uttar Pradesh
We are looking for a dynamic and student-centric leader to join our academic leadership team as Associate Dean – Students’ Welfare. The role is pivotal in enhancing student experience, engagement, and overall campus life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all student welfare initiatives and programs
- Ensure a supportive, inclusive, and engaging campus environment
- Address student concerns, grievances, and well-being matters
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for student-related activities
- Promote student engagement through events, clubs, and extracurricular activities
- Implement policies related to student discipline and welfare
- Strengthen student support systems including counseling and mentoring
Eligibility & Experience- Master’s/PhD from a recognized institution
- 10–15 years of experience in academia/student affairs
- Prior experience in student welfare, administration, or leadership roles preferred
Key Skills- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Student-first approach with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
