Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior AI Lead / Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise in
LLMs, data engineering, and AI architecture. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases
- Lead end-to-end implementation of LLM-based applications, including model selection, integration, and optimization
- Develop and manage data pipelines, data architecture, and data engineering workflows
- Integrate AI models using APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms
- Drive LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical, scalable business solutions
- Ensure compliance and best practices in data security, governance, and regulatory environments
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Data Engineering / AI Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and Generative AI (GenAI / LLMs)
- Strong expertise in:
- Generative AI & LLMs (Large Language Models)
- LLMOps / MLOps frameworks
- Model integration & APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Data Engineering & Data Architecture
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred)
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, or similar platforms
- Proven track record in driving AI adoption at scale within organizations
- Experience in building AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices
