Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business insights? We are looking for a Data Analytics & Power BI Specialist with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in dashboard development and reporting solutions.
📍 Role: Data Analytics & Power BI Specialist
🎯 Experience: 3–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
✅ Perform exploratory and root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities
✅ Develop and automate MIS reports and performance dashboards
✅ Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
✅ Create data models using Power Query, DAX, and advanced transformation techniques
✅ Develop KPI dashboards for leadership reviews and business decision-making
✅ Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency
✅ Automate reporting processes using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Power Automate
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
✅ Present meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Must-Have Skills:
🔹 Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query)
🔹 Advanced SQL
🔹 Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
🔹 Data Visualization & Dashboard Development
