Job Summary:

AMPS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our Analytics Team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates pursuing a career in US healthcare analytics. The role involves working extensively with healthcare claims data and provider datasets, with a focus on data cleaning, data preparation, data validation, reporting, and insight generation. The ideal candidate should be detail-focused, eager to learn, and proficient in Advanced Excel, with intermediate-level skills in Power BI and SQL.

Work Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleaning, data transformation, and data validation on healthcare claims and provider data.

• Develop and maintain Excel reports, Power BI dashboards, and other analytical deliverables.

• Use SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

• Identify trends, cost drivers, and savings opportunities using data analytics techniques.

• Support ad-hoc analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver client-ready insights.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Data Modeling).

• Intermediate working knowledge of Power BI (data visualization, DAX) and SQL (queries, joins, data extraction).

• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong interest in US healthcare data, claims analytics, and healthcare reporting.
