Position: Associate - Customer Support
Overview: We’re looking to grow our customer support team of enthusiastic and experienced professionals who are proficient in Tamil & English. If you have prior experience in customer support and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
What you will do:
- Handle customer queries through outbound calls and email communication
- Manage social media interactions along with a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day
- Address customer complaints and social media escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling or social media escalation management
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
