Chekhmate by Spreeh is a wedding operations platform built to simplify and streamline large-scale event execution. It enables planners to manage guest communication, RSVPs, logistics, and on-ground coordination in one place—replacing fragmented workflows across WhatsApp, Excel, and calls. Designed for high-volume, multi-day Indian weddings, Chekhmate helps teams operate with clarity, control, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients on-site to understand requirements and ensure seamless onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new clients onto the platform and drive adoption
- Provide end-to-end support and handholding throughout the client lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Perform bug testing and report issues to enhance product performance
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B Sales and/or Marketing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High empathy and customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
