- Freshers or Experienced candidates
- Well-versed in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in international BPO will be an advantage
- Open to work in Rotational shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell and provide services for insurance products to customers in the UK, Australia, and US regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with insured parties for claim documentation and processing.
- Oversee the process flow of assigned claims, ensuring timely registration and settlement.
