About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy. In addition to traditional customer service tasks, you will play a key role in hosting live webinars, ensuring they are engaging and interactive through creative ideas and audience participation.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chats
- Address customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach
- Host live webinars and actively engage the audience through innovative and interactive ideas
- Consistently follow company communication protocols, policies, and guidelines
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all aspects of your work
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members and other departments
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Voice Process, Chat & Email role
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals (customers and colleagues alike)
- Motivated, energetic, and driven work ethic
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work on-site from the Ahmedabad office (No Hybrid or Work From Home option until further notice from management)
