Responsibility
- Managing online order related queries of Online India [D2C]. Timely action on order-related queries. Assisting customers through Phone, WhatsApp, email. Ensure queries are resolved within the stipulated TAT
- Completing COD payment status in Shopify from payment report received in Delhivery Client panel.
- Attending telephone calls received from the Toll-Free No. and assisting customers appropriately.
- Assist customers in order placements, cancellation & refunds, reversals, product exchange, address & contact updates.
- Working on monthly reports on parcel returns and sending credit note reports to Bangalore & Ghaziabad CFA monthly.
- Co-ordinating with the various Delivery partners on the status of deliveries.
- Manage payment gateway chargebacks and any other issues relating to customer payments for online orders.
- Manage new order creations due to price, stock discrepancies, cancellations, reshipments etc.
