Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate - Customer Experience Manager based in Manipal. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and inquiries, overseeing the customer journey, and improving the overall customer experience. You will actively engage with students to understand and resolve their needs, analyze feedback and suggestions to optimize our services, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with students and staff
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating feedback and improving service processes
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and deliver proactive solutions
- A bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent qualification is preferred
- Experience in customer-centric roles or within the education or hospitality sector is a plus
