Role Overview
As an Associate Customer Experience, you’ll be the face of Codeyoung for our global customers. You'll own customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure every learner has a seamless experience.
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift - 9PM to 6AM
Experience: 0–2 years
CTC: ₹4.5LPA
Probation: Initial 2 months of probation with a stipend of INR 20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Codeyoung’s customers.
- Act as a single point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of learning goals.
- Track client progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
- Deliver delightful service experiences that build trust and loyalty.
What we are looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success/Support (Freshers welcome!)
- Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure
- High empathy, ownership, and a strong learning attitude
- MBA preferred; prior experience with US clients is a plus
