Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate CRM at A&R Elevations. The Associate CRM will manage customer relationships by overseeing CRM systems, improving processes, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring key accounts, analyzing customer data to identify insights, supporting the sales team with CRM strategies, and ensuring project timelines are met effectively. The individual will collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales to engage clients and foster long-term partnerships.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data trends, develop insights, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Project Management experience with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and coordinating team efforts.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the elevator or luxury goods sector is a plus.
