Job Title: Associate Creative Producer (2-Month Contract)

Project: Skincare product Video Production for globally renowned company.
Once Upon A Time Media is looking to hire a Junior Creative Producer for a two-month project assisting the team in the creative production and post-production of skincare-related product based video content.
Role Overview:
The Junior Creative Producer will assist the core production team in planning, executing, and delivering skincare video content. The role involves supporting the creative process from pre-production to post-production, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that the final content aligns with brand and creative expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production team during shoots by coordinating with crew, talent, and other stakeholders.
- Help organize production schedules and ensure smooth execution of shoot days.
- Assist with maintaining shot logs, media organization, and documentation during production.
- Work closely with editors during the post-production process by providing edit notes and tracking feedback.
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are maintained throughout the project.
- Help maintain brand consistency and quality standards in the produced content.
- Assist the senior producer in day-to-day coordination related to the project.
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in video production, content production, or a related creative role.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or branded content.
- Understanding of the video production process including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple team members.
Familiarity with post production process
Project Duration:
Two months (contract basis)
