Role: Associate Creative Director – Copy
Location- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
•Set the creative direction and vision for our copywriting team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
•Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure consistent quality in their work.
•Generate original and impactful copy concepts that capture the essence of our brand, align with marketing objectives, and engage our target audience.
•Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across various channels and platforms.
•Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice, ensuring that all copy aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our values, personality, and positioning.
•Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals, drive engagement, and meet the needs of our target audience.
•Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform creative strategies and optimize copywriting approaches.
•Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their objectives, provide creative solutions, and present concepts and ideas in a compelling and persuasive manner.
•Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all copy deliverables, reviewing and providing feedback to ensure high-quality standards.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, analyzing data and metrics to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 10-12 years in a senior-level copywriting role.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication, with exceptional storytelling and persuasive skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring creative teams.
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Proficiency in developing creative concepts and executing copy across various media channels, including digital, print, social media, and video.
- Highly creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to copywriting and creative development.
