As our ACD - Copy , you will be responsible for leading the creative copy team and developing compelling, impactful, and brand-consistent communication across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in crafting copy that drives engagement, conversions, and storytelling for clients. You will oversee content quality, messaging frameworks, and the creative voice of our clients’ brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to develop compelling campaigns across digital, print, social, film, and integrated media.
- Conceptualize innovative brand campaigns and creative strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure all copy maintains brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across platforms and campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive high-quality storytelling through scripts, taglines, ad copies, social media content, video concepts, and branded content.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, pop culture, consumer behavior, and emerging digital content formats.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative thinking for new business pitches and brand growth.
- Review, refine, and approve creative output to ensure it meets agency standards, campaign goals, and audience engagement expectations.
