Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Creative Director to join our team in Kolkata. In this on-site role, you will lead creative strategies, oversee design projects, and guide the development of innovative campaigns. Responsibilities include managing creative direction, developing brand identities, conceptualizing visual assets, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful projects that align with the company's vision. You will mentor and inspire creative teams, ensuring high-quality work that meets client objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead campaigns and branding efforts effectively
• Proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design to craft compelling visual content
• In-depth experience in Branding and developing brand identities
• Leadership and team management skills to inspire creative teams and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Advertising, Design, or Creative Arts
• Prior experience in an agency setting is advantageous
• Strong understanding of creative trends and market insights to shape forward-thinking solutions
