Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Creative Director. In this role, you will oversee the creative development process, lead brainstorming sessions, and drive the execution of branding and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with creative teams to deliver innovative designs, provide art direction, and ensure alignment with the company’s and clients’ strategic goals. Additionally, you’ll mentor design and creative team members to foster their growth and create impactful, client-centric campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead teams and craft impactful concepts and campaigns.
- Strong skills in Branding and an ability to articulate brand identity and stories across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design to guide the visual output of projects and ensure quality and consistency.
- Leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work that demonstrates your ability to deliver results-driven campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within an advertising agency or creative studio environment is a plus.
