Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Creative Director based in Kochi. The Associate Creative Director will lead creative direction, oversee creative strategies, and ensure alignment with branding goals. Responsibilities include managing art direction, collaborating with design teams, and presenting innovative concepts to clients. The candidate will also support the team in developing graphic designs and executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences while maintaining high creative standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Creative Direction and the ability to guide teams in delivering innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Creative Strategy and Branding to develop campaigns that align with brand goals
- Experience in Art Direction and a solid understanding of visual storytelling to craft compelling narratives
- Skills in Graphic Design, with proficiency in design tools and software
- A keen eye for detail, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional creative teams and collaborate effectively
- Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or Communications
