Role OverviewThe Associate Creative Director – Art will lead the visual creative direction across multiple brands and campaigns while managing design quality, conceptual thinking, execution excellence, and creative team collaboration.
This role requires a highly creative, strategically strong, and execution-focused individual capable of handling multiple fast-paced agency accounts while contributing to pitches, campaigns, productions, events, and integrated marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should combine strong visual storytelling with hands-on design capability, leadership skills, AI adaptability, and a deep understanding of modern digital-first creative communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Visual Leadership
• Lead visual creative direction across social media, campaigns, branding, digital, and integrated marketing projects.
• Develop strong concepts, campaign ideas, moodboards, visual systems, and execution directions.
• Ensure all creative output meets agency quality standards and brand consistency.
• Guide and mentor designers, junior creatives, editors, and freelancers.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
2. Design & Execution
• Create high-quality static, motion, and presentation-based creative assets.
• Design social media campaigns, branding systems, digital ads, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Support production shoots, storyboards, visual references, and art direction on set.
• Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining high creative quality.
• Step into hands-on execution whenever required.
3. Content & Creative Production
• Work closely with content creators, videographers, editors, strategists, and account managers.
• Contribute to reels, video concepts, visual storytelling, and social-first content ideas.
• Create presentation decks for pitches, campaigns, concepts, and client proposals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
4. Ownership & Accountability
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects and campaigns.
• Maintain delivery standards without dependency-based limitations.
• Be solution-oriented and proactive during execution challenges.
• Ensure deadlines and creative quality are maintained even during high-pressure timelines.
5. AI Adaptability & Innovation
• Use AI tools for concept development, visual ideation, moodboards, copy assistance, presentations, automation, and productivity enhancement.
• Stay updated with evolving design, AI, social, and digital trends.
• Continuously improve creative workflows through modern tools and technology adoption.
6. Agency-Wide Contribution
• Contribute to agency pitches, new business proposals, and campaign presentations.
• Support event branding, activations, productions, and special projects.
• Collaborate with account management, strategy, media, production, and tech teams for integrated campaign delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social media work, branding, and integrated creative thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of motion/video workflows and social-first creative.
• Ability to create pitch decks and presentation narratives.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
• Experience handling multiple brands and fast-paced agency environments.
• AI-friendly mindset and adaptability to modern creative workflows.
• Leadership and team management capability.
