Designation: Associate Corporate Recruiter
Location: Vadodara
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
Work Experience: 0 to 6 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Develop deep understanding of the job specifications and recruit suitable candidates.
- Leverage online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn, job portals, etc., to identify potential candidates.
- Implement proactive and reactive recruitment strategies to meet the ongoing and future needs of the organization.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with successful job applicants.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure a seamless candidate to employee conversion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of recruitment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at delivering a high level of customer service and candidate experience.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
