Eligibility Criteria
✅ B.Tech + MBA
✅ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification (Mandatory)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic understanding of HR processes and business operations
✅ Willingness to learn and grow in the SAP SuccessFactors domain
✅ Domain knowledge will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support activities
- Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and documentation
- Support configuration and system maintenance activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams
- Learn and apply SAP SuccessFactors best practices
- Provide support for issue analysis and resolution
