Roles and Responsibilities:
● Identify, approach, and establish relationships with companies for GUVI’s learners placements.
● Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with leading corporations to establish them as Hiring Partners. The focus is on obtaining job descriptions (JDs) from these companies for GUVI’s learners.
● Matchlearners with opportunities that align with their profiles and course outcomes, optimizing their career trajectories.
● Developandnurture robust relationships with hiring partners, facilitating smooth onboarding and a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.
● Providetimely insights on the latest skill trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the curriculum and faculty team's capabilities.
● Excelatcreating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to cross-selling, this person will use their expertise to identify qualified leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
● Track and report placement and sales data regularly.
● Should be willing to make cold calls.
● Should be focused on generating new leads.
● Willing to meet clients and be open to field sales.
Skills & Requirements :
● Possess at least 2-4 years of experience in Placement and Corporate Relations, preferably within the EdTech sector.
● Should have a strong network with the Talent Acquisition teams of various companies in domains like IT, Product, etc.
● Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Should be ago-getter, great execution makes good ideas successful.
● Should have a great passion for EdTech as a Sector.
● Should have experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
