We're looking for
Associate Consultants!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IAM point of contact for assigned applications and manage the complete Identity and Access Management lifecycle
- Provide guidance and support to application teams on IAM governance, security controls, and annual self-attestation processes
- Perform access reviews, audits, and artifact validations to ensure compliance with IAM and organizational security policies
- Process user access requests within defined SLA and OLA timelines while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related incidents, service requests, and problem tickets for enterprise applications
- Conduct role mining, role analysis, and role engineering activities to support RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) implementation
- Support onboarding and integration of enterprise applications and newly acquired entities into IAM platforms
- Identify opportunities to automate access management and IAM operational processes for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with security analysts, infrastructure teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day IAM operations and governance initiatives
