B. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Associate Consultant to join our StrategyElevate team in Chandigarh Tri-city. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery for client engagements, while also supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across delivery, business development and marketing.
C. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery for SAMVEDANAM's StrategyElevate engagements, assisting assigned engagement teams as required.
- Lead / support business development initiatives as identified, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals/bids, and negotiating terms.
- Work closely with the team to plan and drive LinkedIn thought-leadership content across SAMVEDANAM's various handles.
- Support any other marketing, content or operational initiatives as assigned.
D. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related field.
- Strong freshers with the right aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal + written communication skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills to convert leads into closed projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools, and a willingness to learn tools relevant to BD and project delivery.
- HUSTLER + CAN DO attitude.
E. Location & Work Mode:
Zirakpur, Chandigarh Tri-city, India. This is a hybrid role, with the incumbent expected in office 1 to 2 days a week; remaining days may be worked remotely.
F. CTC: Fixed + Variable as per industry benchmarks
